Jo has chosen the optometric profession as her second career. She retired from Bell Canada in 2003 as a Human Resources Director. Joanne is mainly involved in the dispensary helping patients, with her happy and ever cheerful attitude, to choose the best frame and lens choice for their needs. She is involved with many facets of the office including pre-screening, visual field testing and contact lens training. Jo is very focused on patient care and enjoys being able to respond to their various needs. Jo is committed to her family and is a proud mother and wife of over 25 years. She loves to spend time listening to music, reading and watching movies.
